Frequently asked
What do Grade A and Grade B mean?
Both grades pass the same 32-point functional inspection and carry the same warranty. Grade A units have no scratches or dents. Grade B units have a minor cosmetic dent or mark on the casing — we photograph it rather than hide it — and cost less for it. Screens, keyboards and internals are unaffected.
What is the docking station that comes with it?
Most Latitudes on this page ship with a Dell dock in the box. The TB16 is a Thunderbolt 3 dock with DisplayPort, mini DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA video, five USB ports, Ethernet and audio. The WD19S is Dell's slim USB-C dock with dual DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-C and USB-A, and Ethernet. Either one turns the laptop into a desktop with a single cable, and both charge the laptop while connected.
What does "certified refurbished" actually mean here?
Every unit runs our 32-point inspection: automated stress tests on the CPU, RAM and SSD, battery cycle checks, screen pixel and port tests, and a wireless check. Anything that falls below spec is repaired or rejected, never sold.
Is the previous owner's data really gone?
Yes. Drives are erased to the DoD 5220.22-M three-pass standard before we re-image, then Windows is installed clean with all firmware and security updates applied.
What warranty do I get?
New units carry a 12-month hardware warranty and certified refurbished units are covered for 60 days. If something fails in normal use we repair or replace it — no restocking-fee surprises.
Can I buy several for my team?
Absolutely. The listed price is per unit. Tell us how many you need and we can image them identically, join them to your domain, pre-load your standard apps and ship them asset-tagged.
How quickly will it ship?
Orders are verified and given a final quality check within 1–2 business days, then dispatched the same week with tracking from Plainfield, Indiana.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
"Buy Now" opens a Stripe-hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details, and Stripe emails your receipt the moment payment clears.
Need a spec that isn't listed?
We source to order. Send us your target spec, quantity and budget and we'll quote matching units — usually within one business day.
